This may or may not include an individual(s), Business(es), or Department(s) name, home, business or departments address, home, business or cell phone number (s), age, sex, marital or family status, donation history including donation amounts, dates or how a donation was made, etc.
We collect data that we need for the purpose(s) of:
- Collecting or distributing donations
- Delivering products and services
- Enrolling in a program
- Sending out IDK9 information such as mailers, newsletters, flyers, etc.
We normally collect client(s)/donor(s) information directly from our client(s). We may collect your information from another person(s) with your consent or as authorized by law.
Information collected through our website is directed to an official of the IDK9 organization for a reply. As on many websites, the site editor may also automatically receive the general information that is contained in server log files, such as your IP address, and cookie information.
Use Of Data:

We rely on individuals to notify us if there is a change to their data that may affect their relationship with our organization. Donations are made either directly to the IDK9 home office in McDonough, GA, online through our website, or through our national fundraising center at PO BOX 1983, MERRIFIELD, VA 22116.
IDK9 does have a fundraising counsel. As part of our fundraising program with this counsel, data is shared with other fundraising vendors who do work on our behalf. Through this program, we may rent, exchange, or share donor data with non-profit, for-non-profit, or other fundraising vendor organizations.
By exchanging, sharing, or renting donor data with other worthy charities, we can find new donors who will support our mission. IDK9 does not disclose donor information to individuals.
Except for the described above, efforts will be made to prevent your data from being made available to third parties unless (i) provided for otherwise in this privacy policy. (ii) Your consent is obtained, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt out for the sharing of data. (iii) A service provided on our website requires interaction with a third party or is provided by a third party, such as an application service provider. Editing or removing your account information:
You can request that your user information be deleted; to do so, please contact us by phone, email, or mail. Content or other data that you may have provided, such as articles published or photographs, may continue to remain on the site at the site editor’s discretion, even after you request deletion at the discretion of IDK9.
**You may contact IDK9 at 678-346-5166 or admin@irondogk9intl.org and ask to be removed from our fundraising mailers list. It may take up to 4-6 weeks to be completely removed due to mailers already in progress. We do not share, sell, rent, or donate your information after you have been requested to be removed.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
